Provider: Packetloss network Wednesday 30th October 2024 12:00:00 CET


A percentage of incoming/outgoing traffic is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with external services. We are looking into the issue.

We are working with our IAAS providers to investigate the issue. Most of the time, packet loss is temporary and quickly resolved. In this case however, it seems that routing issues are causing traffic to be routed to wrong endpoints, causing increased latency and timeouts.

Our provider has confirmed the issue has been resolved. We have requested more information about the root cause for this incident.

The packet loss / routing issue is currently stabilizing and we are monitoring the situation.
