Multiple applications affected due to an intermediate issue with 1 specific machine in a partner datacenter.
We are investigating this issue and working hard resolving this problem asap.
All applications were migrated to different servers (Finished at 2025-01-14 08:00 CET). The affected server was taken out of production and is being replaced.
The affected server is available again and applications are starting up.
We are still awaiting the completion of the intervention by our provider.
Once the server is available and stable again, we will proceed with starting applications again.
This incident is limited to a single physical server which became unstable.
The issue has been identified and an intervention is currently being carried out by our provider.
