Provider: Network DNS issue Saturday 3rd August 2024 15:36:37 CEST

A small percentage of containers is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with external DNS services. We are looking into the issue.

We have logged a ticket at our IAAS provider to investigate the issue and have provided extensive testing results from multiple locations. Most of the time, networking issues are temporary and quickly resolved. In this case however, it seems that they are having a hard time pin-pointing the exact issue and the issue is still ongoing

No further issues have been noticed so this incident will now be closed

This last application is now also functioning, we are now monitoring the situation.

Platform wide the necessary changes have been made, customers with custom DNS configs can still experience intermittent issues.

Most projects seem to have recovered but we are still working on relaying DNS where necessary.
