A small percentage of incoming/outgoing traffic is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with external services. We are looking into the issue.

We have logged a ticket at our IAAS provider to investigate the issue and have provided extensive testing results from multiple locations. Most of the time, packet loss is temporary and quickly resolved. In this case however, it seems that they are having a hard time pin-pointing the exact issue and the issue is still ongoing

There is no packet loss anymore for this specific region. All operations resumed as normal.

Our provider indicates that the impact is limited to a small amount of machines in the GRA5 region
