A small percentage of incoming/outgoing traffic is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with external services. We are looking into the issue.

  • Network traffic is stabilizing as of now, we are actively monitoring the situation.

  • This specific issue has been escalated internally with our provider.

    In the meantime our team is trying to implement individual workarounds for the specific environments.

  • We've identified the root cause for the incident. A ticket has been logged and escalated with the affected provider. We're implementing mitigation procedures and workarounds wherever possible.
