A small percentage of incoming/outgoing traffic is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with external services. We are looking into the issue.
We have logged a ticket at our IAAS provider to investigate the issue and have provided extensive testing results from multiple locations. Most of the time, packet loss is temporary and quickly resolved. In this case however, it seems that they are having a hard time pin-pointing the exact issue and the issue is still ongoing
There is no packet loss anymore for this specific datacenter. All operations are resumed as normal.
Digital Ocean has communicated they have implemented a fix. Our monitoring is no longer reporting any issues but we will also continue to monitor the situation.

Although packet loss appears to have decreased, we are still awaiting confirmation from Digital Ocean regarding the resolution of this incident. We continue to monitor the situation and mitigate where possible.
