Multiple applications affected due to an intermediate issue with 1 specific machine in a partner Datacenter.
We have identified the source of the problem as high IO load. We are working to bring this down to get the server operational again.
As we see the load is back to normal ever since the last update, we are resolving this incident.
The source causing the IO load has been tackled and the server has been restored to normal operations.
